Accounts with a zero balance following dormancy charges may be closed.

Where an account is closed for operational or compliance reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 10 business days.

Account Closure by the Player

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law in Bangladesh. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
